Plain-English terms for buying a Kaevor charger and having it installed. No fine-print surprises.
Installer dispatch fee
Your charger is installed by an independent licensed electrician, not by Kaevor. Kaevor pays that electrician a flat $90 dispatch fee for completing your install and lodging the certificate of compliance. This fee is the same on every Kaevor charger, it does not change the price you pay, and it does not affect what your electrician quotes you for any extra electrical work.
In short: the dispatch fee is paid by Kaevor, not by you. It is the same flat amount on every charger and is already accounted for in the prices we show, so it never appears as a separate line on your quote and never inflates what an independent electrician would otherwise charge you.
Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You buy your charger directly from Kaevor, so Kaevor is the supplier that stands behind these guarantees — they apply on top of any voluntary warranty and cannot be excluded.
